The organizing committee of IEEE RO-MAN 2007 will reserve sufficient rooms at discount convention rates for all participants and accompanying persons.

1. Deadline for Hotel reservation is July 31, 2007.
2. The above room rate is only for the room.
- For Overseas Participants: 10% service charge will be added up. (ex>KRW 150,000 * 1.1)
- For Domestic Participants: 10% service charge and 10% VAT will be added up. (ex>KRW 150,000 *1.21)
3. The above room rate is based on Korean Won. The exchange rates of the foreign currencies are subjected to be changed day by day.
4. All payment must be made in Korean won or US dollar when you check out.

♦ Cancellation policy

  3 day before your check-in date: 30% of 1 night room rate will be charged.
  2 day before check-in date: 50% of 1 night room rate will be charged.
  1 day before and check-in date: 1 night room rate will be charged.
